Die seit 600 Jahren ununterbrochene Tradition hat die Marke Sakai Takayuki gepr\u00e4gt und sie zu einer der bekanntesten Marken Japans gemacht. 1982 erhielten diese Messer die seltene Auszeichnung als traditionelles Kunsthandwerk Japans.<\/p>\n<p>Die Inox-Linie wird von erfahrenen Handwerkern von Hand veredelt und besteht aus rostfreiem AUS-8-Stahl mit westlichem Griff aus POM-Kunststoff. Ab Werk rasiermesserscharf \u2013 eine Linie mit legend\u00e4rem Namen zu erschwinglichen Preisen.<\/p>\n<p>Dies ist ein meist einseitig geschliffenes Messer, das traditionell zum Filetieren kleiner und mittelgro\u00dfer Fische dient. Heute nutzen es viele auch zum Zerlegen und Filetieren von kleinem Gefl\u00fcgel. Dank seiner schweren, robusten Bauweise durchtrennt es m\u00fchelos kleine Gr\u00e4ten und Knochen von Fisch und Gefl\u00fcgel.
