Most experts agree that grit 5000 is enough to get the best results required for cutting food ingredients and there is no need to go above that grit for an everyday, working edge.

This amazing series, is the latest “splash ‘n go” technology which means they do not require water immersion before use but rather just a splash of water and you’re ready to go! It will cut very fast and will remain flat for much longer than usual stones. You don’t have to buy an extra stone base as its case can be used as base too!
