Camellia oil – Tsubaki is a traditional Japanese oil for the maintenance of  Japanese knives. It is used for the maintenance of the blade  from time to time, especially for knives made of carbon steel that are prone to rust.

Camellia oil – Tsubaki is made from cold pressed oil of camellia seeds and is for the protection of blades, tools, and weapons for centuries all over Japan. This oil is an acid free non-drying, tasteless and odorless oil that is food safe and non-toxic.

Apply a thin protective layer using kitchen power or towel. It will help prevent oxidation and corrosion.
