The 12000 is a finishing stone and is required if you need the final polish on your knives. It’s where you should finish your sharpening progress if you need a refined polished edge or if you need to refresh just by a touch or polish your edge.

This amazing series, has the latest “splash ‘n go” technology which means they do not require water immersion before use but rather just a splash of water and you’re ready to go! It will cut very fast and will remain flat for much longer than usual stones. You don’t have to buy an extra stone base as its case can be used as base too!

Tip: Do not soak the stone for extended periods and let them dry very well before storage.
